Development and implementation of an innovative performance management system

Development of an advanced performance management system: Introduction of a holistic performance assessment based on company values and performance indicators. This approach enabled in-depth employee evaluation and management. This resulted in training and development plans that contributed significantly to effective succession planning and organizational development. The introduction of salary bands, coordinated both internally and externally, played a central role in reducing the gender pay gap. Innovative and target group-oriented recruiting: Over 300 logistics employees hired in 2 months

One significant success was the recruitment of over 300 logistics employees within just two months.

This project was characterized by the implementation of barrier-free application procedures using WhatsApp and a target group-oriented online and offline employer branding campaign. In addition, scalable and effective applicant management led to exceptional results. These innovative approaches made it possible to target and attract exactly the right talent, setting new standards in the field of target group-oriented recruiting.

Important elements of this transformation were the introduction of ' Value Gurus' , employee resource groups and the organization of Value Day(s) and company celebrations to anchor and celebrate the new values and culture in the company. These initiatives contributed significantly to establishing a strong, sustainable corporate culture and supporting the company's success in the scale-up process.

Implementation of modern HR software - solutions

Professional and agile implementation of HR technologies: In a dynamic process, we evaluated and implemented various HR software tools , from HRMS and engagement software to learning & development and HR analytics tools. This selection and implementation was carried out under strict criteria of scalability and professionalism , with the tools being introduced quickly and efficiently . This fast and targeted approach enabled the company to comprehensively optimize people processes , specifically support employee development and effectively establish data-driven decision-making .
